A few questions before you start.
Can clients book on their phone?
Yes. Your business booking page works on mobile, and the progressive app can be installed from a supported browser.
Can my team add bookings manually?
Yes. Authorised team members can find a client by phone or email and add a booking on their behalf, using available times and class places.
Does the Excel import create staff passwords?
It creates team profiles and their schedules. An Admin then creates individual login accounts in Users.
Are online payments required to accept reservations?
No. Client reservations and your RezLoc business subscription are separate. Subscription checkout will be available when the payment provider is configured.

YOUR FIRST SETUP
Set up your business with Excel
Download the template with examples and instructions. Complete the tabs for your business details, locations, services, team, opening hours, classes, resources, time off and add-ons.
Example rows have include=NO. Set real rows to YES or DA. Keep sheet names and headers unchanged. Values only; no formulas. Maximum 2 MB and 2000 included rows.
For initial setup of an empty business. Existing data is never replaced. Staff login accounts and provider credentials are configured separately.
Booking links and website widget
Share your booking link on social profiles, or embed booking on your website. Each website must be enabled below.
The widget includes an Open booking page link for browsers that block embedded sessions. Google sign-in and online payment open in a separate tab.
WordPress
Download and install the plugin in WordPress → Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate it. Add the shortcode to your page and enable your WordPress website above.

Copy a link into your profile, website button or Google Business Profile. These links record the source in RezLoc; they do not change your social account or enable a platform-native booking button.
Custom booking domain
Use a hostname you own, such as booking.your-business.com. Add the DNS TXT record below. Your hosting operator must also route the hostname to this RezLoc installation and enable HTTPS.
CNAME target:
Keep the TXT record in place. Domain ownership and HTTPS must be checked at least weekly; an expired verification stops custom-domain routing. Your original RezLoc link remains available.
YOUR REZLOC PLAN
Subscription
One subscription per business. The base plan includes one location; extra active locations use the configured additional-location price. Staff and clients do not need a subscription.
Subscription payment connector
Stripe is configured by the RezLoc operator. Configuration checks below confirm saved settings; they do not verify a payment or the Stripe account.
Checkout shows the price and applicable tax before payment. Access is updated after payment is verified.
Client booking payments
Collect full payments or percentage deposits through your business Stripe account. Reservations are confirmed before optional online payment. Manage the connection and refunds in Integrations.

Choose your merchant account for Banca Transilvania, PayU Romania, NETOPIA or EuPlătesc. Funds belong to your business, not RezLoc. These connections are configuration-only until the gateway has passed certification; you can keep online payments switched off.
